Phone orders are are acceptable and we will enter your order to our online facility manually for you and over the phone credit card details will be accepted to speed your order

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately refund you the value of the incorrect price charged.

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges
We use Australia Post or Couriers Please in Australia Depending on the postal service in your area, it can take up to 3-5 working days. This is the time it takes the Post Office or Couriers Please to deliver the goods to you after they are collected from us; not from the time you order. Far flung areas may take longer. We also deliver internationally. Delivery charge quoted is for purchase of one item only. We reserve the right to make an additional charge if that cost is exceeded. Some larger heavier items are delivered direct from our agents in the Far East. If in doubt, email us for delivery time for your chosen product.

Cancellations and Returns

Exchange or refund will be given at the discretion of the Company management.
